  • Business name and related business details
  • Appointment details you submit (date/time, preferences, notes you choose to provide)
  • Messages you send to us (including SMS replies)

B. Service and operational data ("service analytics")

To operate and improve the platform, we collect operational metrics and logs such as:

  • Call handling counts and timestamps
  • Booking outcomes (e.g., appointment booked, rescheduled, or canceled)
  • SMS sending and delivery status (e.g., sent, delivered, failed) and message metadata
  • System logs for reliability, security, and debugging

These are first-party service-delivery metrics used solely to provide, operate, and report on the Services. We do not sell personal information.

C. Website technical data

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

3) SMS / Text Messaging

FNS may send transactional text messages related to scheduling, confirmations, reminders, rescheduling links, and service follow-ups.

Message frequency varies per appointment (typically 3–5 messages per scheduled appointment).

  • Reply HELP for help
  • Reply STOP to opt out of future automated text messages

If you opt out, we will suppress further automated texts to that number unless you later re-consent. We may retain opt-out records to ensure compliance.

Mobile Opt-In Data: No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data will not be sold to third parties or lead generators. Sharing with subcontractors who perform services on behalf of FNS (such as Twilio for message delivery) is permitted solely to operate the platform.

A. Service providers

We use trusted subprocessors to operate the platform, including:

  • Messaging and voice providers (e.g., Twilio)
  • Infrastructure, hosting, and database providers
  • Workflow automation providers
  • Calendar and scheduling providers, when applicable

These providers process information only to deliver services to FNS and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing purposes.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of FNS and its users.

C. Business customers

If you interact with a business using FNS, that business may receive reporting related to your interaction (such as appointment status or message delivery confirmation). That business controls its own privacy practices.

We retain information only as long as necessary to provide the Services and for legitimate business purposes, including compliance and dispute resolution.

Retention may include:

  • Account and configuration data while active and for a reasonable period afterward
  • Appointment and interaction records for operational reporting and auditability
  • SMS logs and delivery events for compliance and troubleshooting
  • Opt-out records to ensure STOP requests are honored

  • Opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP
  • Request assistance by replying HELP
