Connecting communities to critical resources.
FNS applies state-of-the-art AI to public and social programs so they reach everyone they exist to serve. After-hours coverage, AI teammates for your staff, language access, decision-ready data: whatever closes the gap between your program and your community. Humans stay in charge of every decision that matters.
From our flagship build: a statewide California rebate program.
Call answered in the caller's language. Summary waiting for staff Monday.
Monday's follow-up list drafted. Funder report prepped for review.
Who we reach, who we miss
Your team's capacity is the bottleneck nobody will fund
Nearly two-thirds of nonprofits and foundations already use AI (Center for Effective Philanthropy, 2025). Most of it drafts emails and summarizes meetings. Meanwhile the phone still rings to voicemail after 5pm, the Spanish-speaking caller still waits for the one bilingual staffer, and the follow-up that decides whether an application finishes still depends on someone finding time.
We build AI as program infrastructure instead: the front door, the intake, the follow-up, the analysis, the daily work your team carries. The result we architect for is simple: more people served, faster, and a real improvement in your community's quality of life.
AI as program infrastructure
Coverage when your team is off
AI coverage that answers after hours and when every line is busy, then hands off, so nobody bounces off a closed office or a full queue.
AI teammates for your staff
Assistants that draft, research, summarize, and prep, so your team's day reaches further.
Language access at scale
Serve your community in the languages they speak, not just the ones you can staff.
Decision support from your data
Analysis that shows who you are reaching, who you are missing, and where to act next.
Plus intake and eligibility navigation, follow-up that doesn't fall through, operations behind the scenes, knowledge systems, and governance you can hand to a reviewer. If AI can do it responsibly, it's in the toolbox.
A statewide program answers every call
A state-funded rebate program serving income-qualified households across California answers every call in English and Spanish, around the clock, backed by a network of 300+ community organizations in 89 cities. The AI extends the team. The humans make every consequential decision.
The same approach runs at nonprofit scale: we organized 10+ years of program history for a Sacramento nonprofit, pro bono.
An architect, not a vendor
The questions that matter, answered first
Privacy
Your community's data is handled under a written policy, scoped access, and retention rules built to your obligations.
Accuracy
AI answers come from your own materials: program rules, website language, and internal documentation, tuned with your team's feedback before launch. Connecting you with a human is a designed behavior, not a failure.
Your team's capacity
Every engagement transfers skills and documentation, so the capability stays when the engagement ends.
Fairness and oversight
Humans own every consequential decision, the system always discloses that it is AI, and our flagship build is mapped to civil-rights requirements so it serves people equally across the languages it speaks.
